熨燙工藝及常用的工具有哪些？

1.熨斗
1. Iron
熨斗是熨燙的主要工具，主要有三種：電熱熨斗、吊瓶蒸汽熨斗和全蒸汽熨斗。電熱熨斗和吊瓶蒸汽熨斗靠電熱絲發熱，可根據服裝面料不同的耐熱性來調節熨燙溫度，以防燙縮或燙焦。吊瓶蒸汽熨斗和全蒸汽熨斗是通過噴水板噴灑蒸汽，不同的是吊瓶蒸汽熨斗通過吊瓶供水，全蒸汽熨斗則是通過蒸汽發生器供水，因而全蒸汽熨斗也是熨燙效果更快、更好的，在服裝企業用得更多燙臺是與熨斗配合使用的。
Iron is the main tool for ironing. There are three kinds: electric iron, bottle steam iron and full steam iron. Electric iron and bottle steam iron are heated by electric heating wire. The ironing temperature can be adjusted according to the different heat resistance of clothing fabrics to prevent ironing shrinkage or scorching. The hanging bottle steam iron and the full steam iron spray steam through the water spray board. The difference is that the hanging bottle steam iron supplies water through the hanging bottle, and the full steam iron supplies water through the steam generator. Therefore, the full steam iron also has the fastest and best ironing effect. The ironing table most used in garment enterprises is used in conjunction with the iron.

燙臺一般包括一個底板、一個形狀與底板相吻合的帶有聯動控制系統的可移動式頂板、燙氈、支架、臺面、儀表盤，人工或自動控制的蒸汽、抽真空及加熱和加壓裝置。熨燙臺可根據要求用于生產過程.中的熨燙和縫制完成后的整燙。
The ironing table generally includes a bottom plate, a movable top plate with linkage control system whose shape is consistent with the bottom plate, ironing felt, support, table, instrument panel, manually or automatically controlled steam, vacuum pumping, heating and pressurizing devices. 3.噴水壺

噴水壺主要用于小燙時的噴水，它能把水均勻且成霧狀噴灑在需要熨燙的部位，使熨燙效果更佳。

4.燙凳
4. Hot stool
燙凳一般為鐵凳，凳面鋪棉花，外包白棉布，并要求扎緊。熨燙中常用它燙肩縫、袖窿、褲襠等不能放平的部位。

5.燙饅

6.水布

水布通常用退過漿的白棉布。熨燙時，水布蓋在衣料之上，再用熨斗熨燙，以防衣料被燙臟、燙黃或燙出極光。

7.墊呢

熨燙時，將其墊在衣物下面。一般用棉毯或吸水性好而且質地厚的線毯，上面再蓋一層白棉布作墊布。

8.長燙凳

長燙凳用木料制成，凳面鋪少許棉花，稍厚，四周略薄，外包白棉布并且扎緊。其用于熨燙已縫制成圓筒形的縫，如褲子側縫，上衣袖縫等。

拱形木橋是用木料鋸成的，其兩頭低，中間拱起成拱形，底面為平面。通常用于分燙半成品和袖縫等部位，也可用于呢料壓縫，使緝縫或止口平整且薄。
